Once you place your order, an ACE representative will reach out to nail down recording details and phone system information. You should be up and running within 7-10 business days.

You will login and use the AceStudio to create your on-hold message playlist. It’s a simple drag-n-drop interface that allows you to choose your messages, background music, and voice options.

You are able to preview, make changes, and download your productions immediately! No need to wait for an engineer to produce your on-hold message compilation. Due to the variety and complexity of greeting prompts, they require manual assembly, but should not take more than 1 business day to complete and be emailed to your address on file.

Once you’ve downloaded your production, simply save the audio file to your on-hold player (provided free with active accounts) or follow VoIP Provider instructions for uploading custom messaging. Our knowledgeable chat support team is also available to help.
