IVR or Interactive Voice Response is a technology which allows incoming callers to navigate a phone system before talking to a human operator. IVRs work with DTMF tones — touch tones from a telephone — and some have voice recognition or even artificial intelligence to respond to and route callers.
Once you place your order, an ACE representative will reach out to nail down recording details and phone system information. You should be up and running within 7-10 business days.

You will login and use the AceStudio to create your on-hold message playlist. It’s a simple drag-n-drop interface that allows you to choose your messages, background music, and voice options.
You are able to preview, make changes, and download your productions immediately! No need to wait for an engineer to produce your on-hold message compilation. Due to the variety and complexity of greeting prompts, they require manual assembly, but should not take more than 1 business day to complete and be emailed to your address on file.
